SkyTree Book Fairs is now SkyTree Collective

More than book fairs.
A growing community for books, literacy, and families.

As SkyTree has grown, so has the need.

We’re expanding beyond fairs to serve families through trusted books, resources, and community-wide initiatives rooted in truth.

This is SkyTree’s next chapter, and how supporters like you help shape what comes next.

Why book fairs alone aren’t enough anymore

Our children need stories that let their imaginations soar, while rooting them in truth.

This isn’t just a literacy issue, it’s a formation one. Families aren’t only asking how to get books, they’re asking which ones, why they matter, and what’s shaping their children beyond the classroom.

What’s changing, and what isn’t

SkyTree is growing beyond book fairs

Book Fairs

Continuing the fairs you’ve loved, now through trusted partner organizations.

The Canopy Initiative

Equipping parents with media and resources to raise readers who love God, love literature, and think critically.

The Great Adventure: Why Stories Matter Presentations

A high-energy, story-driven, wonder-filled student assembly for schools that helps kids understand the power of story and the gift of a book.

Coming Spring 2026

Literacy Festivals

Hosting local literacy events that celebrate truth-filled reading at a community-wide scale.

Coming Spring 2027

"Book fairs will always have a special place in our story because of the families and supporters who made them possible.
Expanding SkyTree requires sustained, thoughtful support. These initiatives aren’t built quickly or casually. We're developing them over time, with discernment, and a commitment to long-term impact for families."

Riley Lee, Executive Director, SkyTree Collective

Your support helps make this next chapter possible by:

  • Reaching students with the best books that will spark their desire to read

  • Developing parent-facing tools that support discernment and formation

  • Hosting community literacy events that celebrate reading, imagination, and shared values

This work exists because supporters believe in the kinds of content that shape the next generation.
Support the next chapter

One-time and recurring gifts are welcome and thoughtfully stewarded. Your support this year helps launch our first Wonder Libraries and expand parent-facing guidance nationwide.

Here's what's changing (and what's staying the same).

Will SkyTree still offer book fairs in 2026 and beyond?

As a collective network of programs and organizations, SkyTree will no longer fulfill traditional book fairs in-house in 2026.

Instead, we are partnering with Texas-based with I55 Book Fairs to continue wholesome book fairs to public schools and private schools across the US.

As for our in-house initiatives, we are excited to launch community-based programs that allow us to reach more kids and families.

Why is SkyTree Book Fairs becoming SkyTree Collective?

SkyTree Collective is not a single program, but a collection of aligned initiatives—each with a distinct sub-mission—working together toward a shared goal.

We are deeply passionate about championing childhood by cultivating soaring imaginations rooted in truth through the power of story. All of our initiatives moving forward will be aligned with this mission.
